PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, orders may take longer to be shipped out. Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks.

We ship worldwide! Shipping & custom fees vary based on your location. You can put in your address at checkout and choose different prices and shipping options that work best for you! LOCAL DELIVERY

You pay a fee of $3 to get your product hand delivered to you if you are in the mile radius of FRNZ.CLUB HQ in CT.

This method of shipping may take longer than usual orders being sent out with USPS or UPS. If you need a package ASAP, we recommend choosing an alternative shipping method.

TRACKING A PACKAGE

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do. Contact your local post office to further inquire about the packages' whereabouts. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once we drop off your package at USPS & UPS, we are no longer responsible for the package and it is out of our hands. For lost packages we are unable to track your package down any further than what your tracking # (that we provide you) says. Please contact the carrier your package is being sent out with for any questions or concerns.

If there was multiple delivery attempts and a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order will be cancelled. The customer will be recharged for shipping rates.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is fulfilled and we drop off to post office. We are able to change the address if you notify us right away and the order is not yet fulfilled.
